Each year the conference stage showers accolades on some deserving marketers and pioneers. For instance, M2W® honors the best speakers, the attendees that turned what they learned at the conference into powerful marketing tools for their brands, and also women who have done something bold and new that made a difference in our world. Read on to learn who we’ve honored so far!

The M2W® First Woman Award is given to a woman who has accomplished something noteworthy that was never achieved by any other woman before her. This First Woman, through her courage, commitment, talent, passion and persistence made a difference in the quality of our world and is deserving of our recognition and appreciation.
Drucilla Dence, Draftfcb Chicago, accepted the inaugural First Woman Award on behalf of her godmother Josephine “Jo” Keating Swift and the approximately 1,500 other Women Airforce Service Pilots…the WASP… who served in World War II. The commemorative plaque will be added to the Texas Women’s University Library WASP historical collection, where these extraordinary First Women are memorialized.
